By downloading, installing, or using the CareKavach mobile application or website, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. CareKavach is developed and operated by A S ENTERPRISES.
2. Safety Utility Scope & Medical Disclaimer
CareKavach is a personal safety alert and personal task organization application. It is NOT a medical device, diagnostic tool, or licensed emergency dispatch service. CareKavach does not diagnose health conditions or substitute for professional medical care.
3. User Responsibilities & Device Compatibility
Users are responsible for ensuring their emergency contact phone numbers are accurate. Emergency alerts (SMS, location transmission) depend on cellular network coverage and smartphone GPS permissions.
4. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights, trademarks, branding logos, application code, and interface designs are owned by A S ENTERPRISES.
5. Limitation of Liability
A S ENTERPRISES shall not be held liable for emergency alert delivery delays caused by third-party cellular network outages, device battery exhaustion, or disabled operating system permissions.
