CareKavach (developed and operated by A S ENTERPRISES) is committed to protecting the privacy and security of our users. CareKavach is designed as a personal safety and emergency alert utility. We do not sell user data, engage in commercial behavioral tracking, or monetize personal information.
2. Emergency Location & Battery Telemetry
Location access (latitude and longitude GPS coordinates) and phone battery percentage telemetry are accessed strictly when an emergency broadcast is manually triggered by the user via 1-Tap SOS or Shake gesture activation.
- Location data is shared solely with your designated family emergency contacts.
- Location background tracking is NOT enabled during normal non-emergency app usage.
3. Encrypted Digital Vault Storage
Documents, prescriptions, and health cards stored within the CareKavach Vault are protected using AES-256 encryption. Files remain local to your device and are encrypted before any cloud sync operation occurs.
4. Zero Commercial Third-Party Data Sharing
We do not share your personal health records, contact lists, or location coordinates with third-party advertisers, data brokers, or commercial marketing platforms.
5. User Rights & Data Retention
Users retain complete ownership of their data. You can delete your saved emergency contacts, clear vault documents, or uninstall the application at any time to remove local data immediately.
